The Process

STEP 1
First get into contact with us and let us know what you would like. The best way is to either:

For face masks, head over to the face mask page and fill out an order form.
STEP 2
For easier projects we will get some more information from you and then begin to get the project underway.
For more complex projects we will either call, video call or on some occasions meet with you in person. This way we are able to show you samples and examples so we can make your vision reality. Its at this point we will be able to provide you with an estimate on pricing.
STEP 3
Once you are happy with us to go ahead with your project and pricing, we will require a 50% deposit to get underway. We then get to work on designing and producing your products, along the way we will send you some updates and make sure you are happy with the progress.
STEP 4
Once complete we will ask for the final 50% payment to be paid and then will then send your bespoke creation out for delivery.
Due to the fact that each order is different, turn around times vary. We will confirm a turn around time with the price estimate. Rush orders can be done at an extra cost.
